it pains me how slow they were, not even busy and i waited 20 minutes for my drink

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Absolutely no customer care. The service was non-existent. No greeting, no eye contact, and a very poor attitude from the male cashier

Alexa (and the rest of the staff) were so friendly and understanding about my coffee order mix up. Excellent customer service, timely coffee, and just an overall wonderful experience. Making this my daily coffee pickup spot
